Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of TechPro24 services provided by SkyTechNet Corporation. By creating a TechPro24 account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service
TechPro24 provides remote-access and related computer-support software and services. Available features may vary by subscription plan, device, operating system, and product version.
2. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Protect passwords, authentication codes, and other security credentials.
3. Authorized Remote Access
You may use TechPro24 only to access computers or systems that you own or are authorized to access. You may not use the service for unauthorized access, fraud, theft, malware distribution, illegal surveillance, harassment, or other unlawful activity.
4. Free Trial
Eligible customers may receive a 15-day free trial. No payment card is required for the standard trial unless disclosed during signup. When a trial expires, remote-access functionality may be restricted until a paid subscription is activated. Account and computer information may remain associated with the account so service can be restored following purchase.
5. Subscriptions
Subscriptions may be offered for annual or other billing periods. The applicable price, computer allowance, technician allowance, and billing period are those shown before purchase. Additional computers or technician users may require additional fees.
6. Automatic Renewal
A subscription designated as automatically renewing will renew for the billing interval disclosed at purchase unless canceled before renewal. The payment method associated with the subscription may be charged for renewal as disclosed at purchase.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel recurring subscriptions using available account options or by contacting TechPro24 support. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, cancellation prevents future renewal and does not necessarily end access before an already-paid period ends. Applicable purchase terms and law govern.
8. Refunds and Billing Questions
For questions about a charge, subscription, cancellation, or refund, contact su*****@*******24.com. Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances, services delivered, terms presented at purchase, and applicable law.
9. Computer and Technician Limits
Each subscription is subject to the computer and technician limits associated with the purchased plan. Attempting to circumvent licensing or subscription limits is prohibited.
10. Security
You are responsible for maintaining reasonable security on computers used with TechPro24, including appropriate operating-system updates, account security, and malware protection. TechPro24 may provide security notices or restrict access when reasonably needed to protect the service, customers, or infrastructure.
11. Service Availability
TechPro24 works to maintain reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, Internet connectivity, third-party infrastructure, security events, software updates, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
12. Privacy
Use of personal information is described in the TechPro24 Privacy Policy.
13. Prohibited Uses
You may not use TechPro24 to access systems without authorization, commit fraud or theft, distribute malware, circumvent security protections, violate another person’s privacy, interfere with computer systems or networks, or violate applicable laws or regulations. Accounts involved in prohibited activity may be suspended or terminated.
14. Third-Party Services
TechPro24 may use third-party providers for payment processing, infrastructure, communications, and supporting services. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
15. Changes to the Service
TechPro24 may improve, modify, add, or discontinue features as the service develops. Material changes affecting customers will be communicated when appropriate.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TechPro24 and SkyTechNet Corporation will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
17. Suspension or Termination
TechPro24 may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security threats, fraudulent activity, abuse of the service, or failure to pay applicable charges.
