TechPro24 is a service of SkyTechNet Corporation. We respect the privacy and security of our customers. This Privacy Policy explains information used to provide TechPro24 services and how that information is handled.
Information We Collect

- Username or account identifier
- Subscription and account status

Payment Information
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. When a payment processor handles payment details, TechPro24 does not need to store complete credit or debit card numbers on its own systems. Payment processors handle payment information under their own privacy and security policies.
Remote Access
TechPro24 provides remote-access technology for authorized users to connect to computers associated with their accounts. Customers are responsible for having authorization to access connected computers and systems. The contents of customer remote sessions are not used for advertising or marketing.
Customer Communications and Marketing
TechPro24 does not sell customer personal information or use it for unrelated third-party advertising. Customer information is not used for marketing unless the customer has specifically authorized those communications where authorization is required.
Security
We use technical and administrative safeguards intended to protect customer accounts and service information. Depending on the feature and information involved, safeguards may include access controls, encrypted communications where applicable, backup and recovery practices, monitoring, authentication protections, and other measures. No Internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security. Customers are responsible for protecting their account credentials and should contact TechPro24 if they suspect unauthorized account access.
Backups
TechPro24 uses backup and recovery practices intended to protect applicable service data from accidental loss or system failure. Backups are subject to appropriate security controls.
Information Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers when reasonably needed to operate TechPro24, process payments, provide infrastructure, deliver communications, prevent fraud, maintain security, or comply with applicable law. TechPro24 does not sell customer personal information.
Data Retention
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably needed for service operation, security, customer support, legal requirements, accounting, dispute resolution, and legitimate business purposes.
